In January 2022, Apollo (NYSE: APO) acquired Petros Pace Finance, as well as the Petros brand. Petros Pace Finance is one of the structured finance platforms founded by Petros Partners and is the leading and the largest direct originator of balance-sheet funded C-PACE lending in the country.

Beginning in 2024, all other financing activities that previously operated under Petros Partners, including state and federal tax credit investment funds, tax credit advisory services, and New Markets Tax Credit activities will be rebranded as Core Impact Partners. Core Impact Partners will continue to be owned by founders Mansoor Ghori and Jim Stanislaus and managed by Chip Windisch.
